The Tata Nano version in bikes went all un-noticed ?

A 100 CC bike giving a mileage of 125 Km/l (company estimated) & priced at just 19,990, with equated monthly installments (EMIs) fixed at Rs 490. Xenitis is the same company which first released its computers at below INR 10,000 (5 years ago) tagged price & laptop below INR 20,000. Xenitis set up its two-wheeler manufacturing plant in West Bengal in April last year at an investment of Rs 300 crore and an installed capacity of 90,000 units per month.
Already, 10,000 units of Xpression have been sold out and the plan is to export bikes to Middle East, Russia, Nepal, Sri Lanka and some African countries.The new bike Rock100 already has an advance booking of 1,60,000 units and will be available with around 350 motor dealers. The bike is equipped with attractive features like 4-stroke engine, electronic self start and kick start facility, tachometer, gear indicator, aerodynamic headlight with halogen bulbs.

The company has released the bike with a joint venture between Xenitis and China's automobile giant Guangzhou Automobile Industry Group (GAIG).
Now the only point to consider before going for these bikes is the popularity of the brand, and also one need to consider its partner Chinese company - second largest two-wheeler company in China.
