TVS is all set to launch a new bike in its electric bike's section, But believe me its not like any other small electric moped kind of bikes, but truly stylish both in terms of looks and technically too,
According to Venu Srinivasan, chairman and managing director of Chennai-based TVS, “X-Fossil is a concept bike which we have showcased. We want to show that even electric bikes have the power and style. “It has already evoked quite a response. We will study the interest shown by customers and consider its commercial production viability,” Srinivasan said.
Although technical details are not much available, as it is still a Concept bike : The bike can attain a maximum speed of 140 Km/hr and it reaches 0 to 100 speed in just 3.2 seconds.

Lol. and where are the roads to safely and profitably run these bikes?
There's alot to be checked!
and the speed limits of traffic roads are major things to be followed.
We have to start from some point...or else...no good roads means no good bikes & no good bikes means no good roads, newaz its not even decided yet whether TVS is definitely gonna launch this bike in India or not !!!
My message to TVS would be, "go for it". This could create another stir in the market within the next 3 years time. Most people use bikes only for city riding, this one is perfect for it, its got show and easy to drive. I wish some thing like this was here, now.
For all others, the best part of electric bikes will be modes as shown in the teenz EV. They could act as different machines depending on the mode. It might achieve 0-100 in 3-4 secs in the most powerful mode but still be very sedate for city driving. The level of control is very difficult to achieve in regular bikes.
